1. How long does shipping take within the U.S.?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $49. For orders under $49, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look it up for you.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free 30-day returns. If your item isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through an easy return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Checkout is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption, and payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) plus popular fast-checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available.

7. How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Every apparel, bed, and harness product includes a size chart on its product page, usually based on your pet's weight and body measurements. When in doubt, measure your pet and size up for comfort. 8. What materials are your products made from?

Materials are listed on each product page — from soft plush and breathable cotton fleece to durable Oxford cloth, non-toxic silicone, and pet-safe plastics. We prioritize comfortable, easy-to-clean, pet-friendly materials.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll jump on it right away.
