At Pet Pals Place, your happiness — and your pet's — always comes first. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at petpalsus.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We reply within 1 business day and will walk you through every step.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days with a quick photo and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, used grooming, feeding and similar items cannot be returned unless faulty. Final-sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
