We ship Pet Pals Place orders quickly and reliably to customers across the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Most in-stock items ship from our US warehouses and arrive in 2–7 business days. A small number of specialty items ship from our trusted partner warehouses and may take 7–15 business days — when this applies, it is noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on US orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat $4.99 shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is fully tracked. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at petpalsus.shop@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll make it right with a reshipment or refund.
